We (GTO Clothing) would like to write about our experiences with Spreadshirt.
About us:
- Shop owners since 2015
- Selling trough our own channels (Website, Ebay etc.)
- Only own and exclusive designs
- Volume up to 650 orders per month
Negative Experiences:
- No real support on issues and questions from Spreadshirt US
- IS a product temporary out of stock, a similar and cheaper product will be sent to the customer without letting us know (z.B. Premium Women’s Tank Top etc.)
- In December we have had errors on approx. 10% of all orders. Customer received wrong items, prints missing half, products from other shop owners has ben sent out and so on.
- 80% of all Fedex orders to overseas are still not delivered (which is not Spreadshirts own fault, but still a huge issue)
COMPLETE NO GO
Since Monday we can only place two orders! within 24 hours in our own shop. We have been told this was always the case (sure not) to prevent fraud. Really?
During the last five years we always placed between 1-20 orders a day without problems, but it seems Spreadshirt does not want to sell more than 2 per day.
Spreadshirt does not help with this and is saying that this is how it is and we as so called partner are left alone with dozens of orders we should place.
Since we can not place orders, Amazon and other platforms informed us, that they will soon cancel our account as we do not hold deadlines for order handling. We also received a lot of negative reviews from customers because of all the errors when wrong items have been delivered. THANK YOU SPREADSHIRT - this really harms our business big time!
Conclusion:
If you are thinking about starting a serious business with Spreadshirt as your Partner, think twice as you could find yourself in serious trouble very quickly!
If we will not receive a solution where we can place more then 2 orders within 24 hours, we will have to leave and partner up with some of Spreadshirts competitors.
But i guess Spreadshirt does not care anyway.
Sad to see that a company does not value a so called partner which does deliver up to 650 orders a month. Seems this is just peanuts and any support would just be wasted time for them.
Too bad as we simply wanted a professional partner to work with and not posting any rant’s about Spreadshirt into the forum.
