When importing product feed to FB all products are out of stock

When I imported all my products from spreadshirt product feef to FB shop, all of them are out of stock. FB product manager gives this message:

“The availability of this product is ‘in stock’ but its inventory is equal to 0. This is contradictory, please fix this in your data source.”

Because of that none of the product is available through FB.

Unfortunately I could not reproduce this behavior. All items were imported correctly.

Yes, this is what I did. I’ll try again and return here.

in case it does not work, please try the following:

  • do not use the update function
  • use the replace function OR
  • delete and reupload the whole feed

I deleted all and reupladed. Now this is what I see for that products. All are wrong. As a result in FB “Shop” tab all products are presented as “unavailable”.

Help appreciated.

I have created a new catalog, chose the “planned upload” option and added the feed URL to the schedule. Important: did you chose Zloty as currency? Sometimes this can be overseen.

In the end it worked out perfect: 132 of 132 products got imported and show no errors. :man_shrugging:

Can you maybe post a step by step screenshot, or share a short video?

“Important: did you chose Zloty as currency” → yes

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the error:

I am a bit lost here :thinking:
The only thing that comes to my mind is a caching issue at FB. Maybe the “stock info” is still showing an older version of your catalog’s feed. But that is only guessing…

Currently we are not experiencing any similar issues. Could you try to re-fetch your feed completely?
Means, not using the “update” feature but re-uploading it from scratch.
