Visitor just can shop 1 product but all of them are shown

Hi over there!

I’m new here. I have created a shop and everything is more or less, ok. The problem is, When I try to buy a product in the shop (I bought one of my products to try), I can choose a t-shirt, mug, t-shirt for kids, (they are shown), but, if I click in one of them, usually I see the screen for choosing size and colour with a different product (even if I choosed a mug, for example). Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi there,
this sounds a bit like problem stemming from some technical maintentance we did last week. It caused glitches in some shops. Are you still encountering this problem? What’s your User ID?

Thank you for yoir reply. Finally it’s solved.

Anyway, I take advantage to ask you about something matter.

When I design a product, Can I use the same design for the front and back in the same tshirt design?
And, Can I use two different designs in the same tshirt?

I tried to do it but I could,t find the way to do it.

Hi there,
Unfortunately you can only put one design on one product - so no double-sided printing or multiple desings f.ex on the front. You can of course, place the one design you are using on the back, if you like.
