use a web hosting service even if you are creating the site in spreadshirt?

If you want to own and use a personalized domain, you need to register that domain name through an hosting provider.
If you feel okay with using a shop as stand-alone, you will get a url similar like: shop.spreadshirt.com/yourshopname
