Two thousand pages with meta id "noindex, nofollow", why?

‘Google search console’ tells me that I have two thousand pages in which the meta id “noindex, nofollow” has been automatically inserted.
This stops the robot from having to explore the page and does not allow the page to be found by searching with google.
“Noindex, nofollow” must be replaced by “index, follow”.

Do you have any suggestions?
