Trying to integrate with my own site

Hi, I am trying to integrate with the plugin and without it to my wp site…
not so simple

I have /#!/ at he end of my home page (wp plugin) and did not fing out out to remove that yet.
and same on a post page using only the javascript…

Also I would love to add my own Title and meta description to page and post…

The /#!/ is called hashbang.
