Trouble reaching our service agents via phone

Due to the current situation within Europe, we face a rising number of phone issues. These are caused by a general capacity overload of what volumes servers and phone lines can handle. Our phone carrier informed us that:

  1. Calls might take a longer time to get through in general.

  2. Calls might take a longer time building up (You might hear the service agent a little later than you are accustomed to.)

  3. Calls might have a worse quality than usual. (You can’t hear the service agent well or vise versa.)

Please understand that these are problems neither we nor our Carrier can solve. We are trying despite those things to provide the best possible service to you and your customers in these trying times.
