Subsidizing Shirts For Student Club?

Hello, I am part of a student organization and want to subsidize the cost of a shirt up to a certain quantity of shirts. Is there any way of doing this?

As an example, let’s say I want to offer on my online store a shirt that has Vintage Sport T-Shirts with my custom logo on the front and back. It’s base price is $13.99, but maybe it’s price with printing is $18.99. However, as a student group with some funds of our own, we want to offer for the first 150 shirts a retail price of $15 and our account handles the leftover $3.99 each time someone orders.

Is there any way to do this on the platform? Or maybe to charge it for no profit?

Hi, what you are trying to do isn’t possible on our platform. If you change your shop to the non-profit option you won’t make any margin, just FYI.

Hi Lena! Good to hear that non-profit is an option. To clarify about costs, how much would buying a vintage sport t-shirt with printing on the front and back be for a non-profit store?

For a non-profit shop the base price = retail price. You can see the base prices for all products here:

The base price already includes one print area. If you choose to add another print area then your customers will pay an additional $4.50.

For your specific case the Vintage Sport Shirt has a base price of 18.49. So you customers would have to pay 18.49 + 4.50 = $22.99
