Star Academy

I could not find a thread for Star Academy feedback. I sent a question via the email provided in the Star Academy notification, but continue to get responses that tell me to add my feedback here … WHERE?

REQUEST:
I’m going through my designs and having to deactivate many and noticed that when we deactivate it states Unpublished - WHEN IN FACT -

It’s DEACTIVATED - meaning for the designer, we have no way to differentiate or sort the DEACTIVATED vs the NEVER PUBLISHED designs in our dashboard.

What is the difference for us? Deactivated designs have already been approved and we the artists have already chosen products and adjusted the design, so it’s a simple reactivate when we want to add them back to the marketplace.

For those of us - and I have to believe there are many - who have to deactivate designs, some best by seasonal - would like to be able to sort the deactivated and choose to reactivate.

Please consider this upgrade to make our lives and this new process more adaptable to many of us.

Thank you!

Also, one other question. Is the Star Academy assigned by store or by account? In other words, for those who have more than one store, are the sales, number of designs, etc. combined and considered one Star Academy member or considered individual Star Classes.

Since Star Academy is a Marketplace Only thing, you’d better ask these questions in the Marketplace forums.

By account, because it’s a Marketplace thing, and Marketplace doesn’t know stores.

Thank you, @heizfrosch, for answering that question!

I’ll await a response from my initial inquiry.

Hi @SalonOfArt,
thanks for your feedback. @heizfrosch is totally right, the star classes always go by account.
To answer your first question: In the shop the designs you deactivate are displayed as “not published yet” that is true. But when you decide to republish them, the settings you once activated are still there, so you only have to press a button. As for the approvement process: that really is a marketplace form topic… I know that it is similar to spreadshop though - you don’t have to start fresh when you only deactivate a design.
