Is there a widget or anything else that will allow me to share a Spreadshirt product (or grid of products) within a Wordpress post?
I have a blog about books and I’d like to show the product related to the book I’m talking about in the post.

Easiest Option is to insert a product photo or another image into your post and link from it to your desired product detail page.
A dedicated widget or shortcode is not available right now, but in discovery for future development.
