Shop will not launch - State entry in Account Info is missing

I click on “Launch” and then enter in all the information in the box, but it says “an error has occurred” when I click submit. Has been doing it since yesterday.

can you please send me a Private Mail with a screenshot where you have put in all account informations?

by clicking on my name, there should be a “send message” button.

Same here. We are attempting to launch our shop, but are receiving an error when we attempt to process it. The following screen shows “We’re sorry; an error has occurred.” and we can’t move past it. I’ve double checked that all info is filled out, every field is completed, but alas nothing.

EDIT: @Josh_Zaring Can you check again? There´s a “State/Province” entry missing in your account details.

I’m having the same problem trying to create my first products. The error message gives no indication of what the problem is.

After reading your comment about missing address info, I checked my own details under my account settings. The state was missing. I entered and saved it.
Then I tried to create products again - got the same error message. Went back to my account - state info missing again.

I’m having the same problems on two different web browsers. Is it possible there is some bug in the system?

Hello all!
Indeed, our Developers found a bug today that prevented the “State” entry from your account settings to be saved.
The issue is fixed and should no longer appear.
Please let us know if you still experience any issues here and sorry for the confusion.
