A friend of mine who lives in New Zealand ordered a t-shirt from my shop a couple of weeks ago, but USPS has temporarily blocked deliveries to New Zealand. I am not aware of where the shirt is shipping from. I’m a shop owner in the US. Will he still receive his order or will he get a refund?
