I uploaded a motif and once it was correctly entered in the shop an open box appeared instead of the design.
I have accordingly removed the article.
Why did this happen?

we struggled with this issue a few times in the past. It was actually solved. Could you please upload your designs again and in case the box appears again, give me the design ID? I’ll check it for you.
