Hi, on one of my sales the margin is -4,43€ a few days ago it was +4,43€? It still says credited.
Cancelled or what happened? Order number :17587873
The customer ordered but the order was not recieved. The reason might be an adress issue.
The customer was contacted and asked how to proceed. The order then was cancelled and a refund was paid.
As the commission was credited in between, it needed to be canceled too.
