Hi just wondering if there is a certain style of picture etc to upload to ensure the print quality is good as i got a jumper from our store and it looked hazey

we have several articles on this matter in our HelpCenter. Depending on whether you use Pixel or Vector files the requirements differ. For Pixel images (which I think you use) it is important the graphics has at least 1000 pixels on the shorter side, or min. 4000 pixels on the longer side.
Could you maybe paste a photo of the jumper?
