Good morning to all of you.
I have two questions:

  1. I place the images in the 20x30cm format at 300 dpi saved in PNG. But why do some images appear with a white background and others with a gray background? Yet they are treated in the same way. (Img01)

  2. The graphics are inserted into articles with small dimensions … is it normal?
  3. Are the layouts provided by Spreadshirt only those? Is it not possible to create your own layout?

I do not have an answer for you, but I do have questions.

  • Are you sure when you save your PNG files, that you have a transparent background on both?
  • What particular products are you trying to create with these designs?

  1. You can switch the design background manually at your design detail page, by clicking on the small contrast image: 50%20AM
    50%20AM It´s just thought to display lighter images a bit better.

  2. What articles are your referring to? can you post a screenshot here?
