We have had no payout of credit for 3 months, the terms of the payouts says min £10GBP
Yet despite having been well over this since Feb nothing.
Each time in the app it shows a payout date the last being 15/4 yet nothing was paid and it now says 15/5.
On the day the credit note was generated in April and for the payouts in February and March, you had the status “bankdata invalid”, so therefore you did not receive a payout. I can see now that you added a paypal account so everything is set for the payout in May
