(1) If I use my own domain name, after ordering will my customers see my logo or url on their shipping pack?

Not currently BUT we are working on making this possible in the first half of 2020 
No, you will not have to translate it.
(edit: We are using browser locale setting to guess what your visitor’s main language is. Foreign visitors recieve a banner that asks for their favorite language. Each shop even carries a language switcher at the footer)
