Due to updated Covid-19 measures and the shutdown of shipping routes, we’re temporarily unable to ship standard and premium orders to the UK and IE.
The situation
A new mutation of the coronavirus has been detected in the UK. As a result, the Eurotunnel, ports and many European borders have been closed—making standard and premium shipments to the UK and IE impossible. However, shipments placed on our North American platform can still be shipped from those facilities for now.
Traffic of goods is not allowed to UK/IE, all shipments (except express shipments) will not be possible until further notice. This includes….
- DHL parcel + DP AG envelope (standard shipping)
- UPS standard (premium shipping)
Please note, express shipping is still possible for the time being.
What this means for you
Unfortunately, we’re unable to say when delivery will be possible again. We’re very sorry this is happening!
We encourage you to rethink any paid marketing campaigns you have while standard and premium delivery is unavailable to your customers in UK/IE. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as delivery to these destinations is possible again.
