I made a couple of orders in behalf of omeone else in my shop, I paid everything, even my full margin but in the dashboard in earning for each product says 0.
How can I solve this problem because I didn’t buy that for myself so I want my margin.
It doesn’t show up if I use my email but I paid my margin and it’s supposed to be delivered in a different address and sometimes in a different country.

Anyway htese sales are counted in the performance bonus? If yes how many days you take to update that
You have placed the orders on your own. In these cases we don´t pay commissions, or comissions are detucted from the retail price.
