Multiple variations of same design where only year is changed = OK?

Hello!

I´m wondering if it is OK to make multiple variations of a design and the thing that will be changed between them is birthyear e.g: “Something something 1980”, “Something something 1981” and so on.

Don´t want to get suspended :stuck_out_tongue:
