Mouse Pad Print Area

I noticed something with the Mouse Pad product. If I scale my design to 100%, it only fills about 60% of the allowable print area.

I always begin my designs with 11" x 11" and 200 DPI then crop them down to remove any unneeded white space.(The design shown is 1800x2200px)
So, I’m guessing it is not an issue with image resolution.

please try 4000x4000px and 400dpi… according to our designs team it should then work!
