Marketplace - USA vs EU

I’m in the process of uploading my designs to my USA shop and making them available on the USA marketplace - but I’ve getting many of my designs that have been accepted on the EU marketplace rejected from the USA marketplace.

In all cases the reason for rejection is “standards” even though they are all 300dpi min 4000px images (that have already been approved on EU platform) - is there any particular reason why this might be happening? I’m assuming the marketplace is not global and that USA and EU marketplaces are 2 different things or am I wrong in my thinking?

Indeed it is different but not in regards to the quality so that’s strange. Do you have a specific design IDs where it was accepted in EU but rejected in NA (so I’d need both design IDs)? Thanks!

Sure:-

USA ID 5f23d5d92051766034819e13
EU ID 5ed512dee447421121eceb16

and

USA ID 5f23deb920517660349a4cb7
EU ID 5f141a7ce4474274608d09a0

are just 2 examples

Hey, so you designs didn’t get rejected because of deisgn quality but because of our Marketplace Standards.

Those are all series designs that are not allowed on our Marketplace (ok for Shop).

“We reject series of designs in which only a few elements vary. For example, series of designs like “Vintage since YEAR” (with all numbered years from 1901 to 2025) or “Five-Star JOB” (including all kinds of occupations from accountant to zookeeper) aren’t permissible. Also, unformatted single words, single numbers or letters won’t be published in the Marketplace.”

Thanks for the response @Lena_Spreadshop - that explains the “collections” but do you have any idea why the following design was rejected for the same reason of “standards”?

USA ID 5f228d2df9376458d140cbfb

EU ID 5f1ebe3b2225091110338320

Although I use the words “Adventure Collection” in the title, each image in the collection is totally unique.

I frequently release designs as “collections” in the hope that if someone discovers a single design, they might go on to explore more of the same collection - if my naming convention ends up triggering marketplace rejection then I need to edit my titles …

I can’t give specific information about rejection in the forum. Please contact verify@spreadshirt.com and my colleagues will be happy to help you and to provide you with all the info needed.
