Is there any way that I can make a T-Shirt with Text on the back and my logo at the front to publish in my shop? I have not found a way to put text on the T-shirt, or put several images on one T-shirt.

You can easily create your own text design (with a simple design tool such as this one for example: https://www.spreadshop.com/blog/2019/03/05/spreadshop-tools-vectr/ but you can also check out other tools here: Spreadshop Tool Box - Improve your digital marketing efforts | Spreadshop - category Design - ). There is no option to add text just as there is in the customer’s create tool. You need to create your own text design.
Once you’ve created you own text design, you can just upload it and create product with a design on the front and the back as shown here: https://www.spreadshop.com/blog/2019/03/05/print-designs-on-several-print-areas/
You cannot add several designs within ONE print area.
Of course it is possible to just make one single product. Just remove all the other unwanted products with the little x on the top left of your product selection and click on Save/Apply
