Hi, apologies if this is a repeat of a question asked (I’ve searched and can’t find an answer) but is there a facility to put lettering on to the clothing or do you have to produce the lettering elsewhere and import it in in a vector or png file? I have a logo but also want to add phrases etc

Indeed you have to produce it on a graphics program. Please know that if you plan to show your logo and the lettering on the same print area (so for example show both on the front of a shirt), then you’ll have to merge the lettering and the logo as one design).
If you choose to add a logo on the front print area, and lettering to the back, then you can do it like this:
