Legal Information - Can it be clearer please

Can I just query the “Legal Information” page.

It states “The accountability for this online shop is:” … ME

“This is particularly true for all designs found in the shop, as well as all elements used in designing the shop.”

It does then go on to say under Technical Implementation that Spreadshirt is responsible for orders.

Any chance it can be changed to read a bit better in English as I think something has been lost in translation.

Maybe:
“Designs, images and wording used on the items for sale within this shop are the sole responsibility of the Shop Operator …”

and for Technical Implementation
“This online shop operates from a platform provided by Spreadshirt (sprd.net AG).Spreadshirt is responsible for the technical functioning of this site and the processing of your order including payment processing, product quality and delivery.”

Picky but I think we could make it read better to make it clear where responsibilities lie.

I’m having this checked by one of our copywriters. Besides personal taste what do you think could be misunderstood by your customers?

Hi Lena it is the fact that I don’t think the statement “The accountability for this online shop is …” is actually fully true.

Yes in relation to designs and descriptions, but product quality, handling & delivery and payment is Spreadshirt.

It just reads poorly in standard english.

I do have to admit though that my German and French is non existant and I have to read the other forums with Google Translate

No worries, I did pass along the message and we’re having it adapted in the coming days. We all agreed that there was some room for improvements
