Hi! I opened my shop a couple of days ago and had been making sales, the latest being this morning. A customer just messaged me saying there isn’t any merchandise in my shop and I checked, she was correct. My shop still exists, but the items I had are all gone. Am I missing something, or do I need to do something different?

Please write an e-mail to verify@spreadshirt.com. Your design was rejected in hinsight because it had a lot of semi-transparencies and the print quality wouldn’t have been nice and your customers would have complained:

Our tip: Avoid semi-transparencies and sprinkle these areas with spots of color instead.
