How to use custom theme on WordPress with embedded SpreadShop?

Hi Friends

I am having the SpreadShop and want to direct my custom domain to it using the WordPress with custom theme i.e. theme of my choice. Please tell me how to do this? Also share your website address links if you are having same kind of website so that I can review it.
