How to message our customers

We’d like to export customer info from our own Spreadshirt shop and be able to thank them personally for their purchase. And moving forward, have the ability to build loyalty and shop at least once a month as we release new designs.

How can we do this?

Forget it. Had same request a year ago. Its not possible to get customer informations because of privacy. The contract is between them and spreadshirt.

But you can be creative. Put the shop in a website and make a newsletter available for messaging your customers whatever you want. Or use social media channels. These are the options you have.

I like the option that redbubble offer…you can predefine a message for the customer. This would be nice.

This is a feature we’d like to offer at some point but it’s nothing that will be made available in the next year. But it’s still in our feature request bucket and we know how important it is for all of you to be in touch with your customers personally!

That s#cks because we’re spending real advertising money to drive traffic to our products. At least provide first name and email.

It isn’t even necessary to export data, if that is not possible due to privacy concerns.
A simple messaging-option for every order would also do.

  • automated “thank you message” after the order is shipped
  • option to send message to group of customers (with filter, like customer of the whole year or month) to give them special offers etc.
  • option to send message to single customer
