Hi there,
For the last few years we haven’t sent orders from our North American platform to Russia. If most of your customers are based in Russia, then we suggest you use our European platform: Spreadshirt

The reason why we stopped having Russia as a delivery country for our North American platform is

Regular shipping from the United States to Russia requires a registration which currently not available
Comparatively high fraud rate for Russia
Comparatively high risk of the goods being “lost” according to FedEx
