Sorry to have posted here. How to create a auto updated facebook shop with spreadshop store?
No need to be sorry for asking! 
For having an auto-updated FB Shop you need to
- Have a Facebook Business Account
- have your Product Feed-URL at hand (see Shop Admin> Marketing>Product Feed)
- Set up a new catalog
- Use the feed URL as upload source
