Today I have submitted 5 designs, 4 of which reviewed and published pretty much immediatly, but one stays at in review.
Whats a typical turn around?

I am having this issue as well. How long do items stay in review for?
I removed and re-uploaded the design, was pretty instant after that.
So looks like some may get stuck.
