I have an account on the European sites and I’ve just created a new account on the USA page.
Well, I uploaded some designs and I noticed that caps / hats are not available for my designs while for the Italian/European everything works correctly.
What re the file size for caps/ hats? I tried to find that info on web but … nothing appear, only for posters

We don’t have the exact same printing fleet on both contintents so that can have an influence 
which filetype did you use for the two platforms?

On spreadshirt.it the design is valid and it’s shown on caps/hats but on the spreadshirt.com that’s not suitable. The file for the design is the same

It’s a PNG.
I suppose now American printers requires vector file, isn’t it?
