Facebook integration: non-imported product images

Hello,

My goal is to advertise via Facebook so I created, in my business manager (French Facebook), a catalog, I associated the flow of my shop with it, I created a set of products, everything is ok … except that some item does not display any product photo and these products generate problems in the Facebook way, while the links indicated and automatically retrieved correspond to the product image.

After a lot of research and re-synchronization of the products: ditto, nothing changes.
What to do?

Another view with a lot of product without images… and a lot of “problem” issues :

“Missing or invalid images Invalid or missing image for 54 articles with 54 variations. Please verify that these images are in JPG, GIF or PNG format, that they are at least 500 x 500 pixels and that the links to the images are valid.”

We’re activly investigating this issue currently as it’s been raised by other shop owners. We can replicate this in our test environments, but haven’t managed to identify the issue yet.

Can you confirm if you click on the image links from the products, that images are displayed in a new window?
