Design error message?

Hi! I keep getting error messages on uploading my design, both in ai and svg,

I can’t seem to find what the error causes, my other designs got accepted. I can’t attach the files but maybe someone can help me? I can send the designs.

Try a different SVG version. SVG 1.1 works for me
