If your design is published does that mean it is approved? Because I don’t see the hour glass “pending” symbol. Just the green rocket ship and a market place symbol

yes, your designs are approved and ready to be shopped 
I don’t know what you mean by the market place symbol though. You don’t have a marketplace showroom yet. Or are you referring to something else?
