So i have 2 shops on this account, one that is active, and one that is not.
Is it possible to delete the one that is not active?

Yes! In your partner area, go to:
Sales channels → Edit shop → Advanced → Shop Status
Scroll ALL the way down of the page 
You’ll find the delete-button.
