Delivery from UK in an European shop

Hi,
I set my shop locale to ‘en_EU’ in the javascript integration method but when one click on the delivery fees link (https://service.spreadshirt.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115000993925/?shop_name=WatchMeNot&shop_id=1114026), he’s considered to be located in the UK or IE and no way to change this.
Could you locate him from his IP or browser country by default?

What would you expect? There’s no country “Europe” and delivery is different for each European country.

Just remove the UK and IR selector, they are not relevant in this case, the destination country is enough for calculating the delivery fees, am I wrong?

If not, replace the UK and IR selector by a combobox with all the different countries, preselected with the user’s country from its IP address…

If you have a shop targeting all Europe, your Italians clients can’t have UK or IR to choose from, this is really disturbing

What you are reffering to are just quick links to the country of delivery. So what you would like is to have Ireland and United Kingdom removed and just to have the country of delivery dropdown option, right?

Because there customers can choose all countries of this Word (or almost) and definitely Italy.

We don’t have a specific .net Helppage and until now we haven’t received complaints from confused customers But I will take this feedback and discuss it in the team if there’s any way to make this clearer.

Still no fix for this problem: you can’t show Ireland and UK short links in delivery conditions page for an European shop in English language: English is the language, not the location of the shop!
