Hi, I’d like to know how I can have one of my designs refused, as there is NOTHING wrong with it and no violation of anything. It’s about dogsport, there is only a dog & heart & paw, I designed this 10 years ago, and registred it at INPI in 2010, how can it be not mine or wrong ?
Please help me to be able to sell it
