Dashboard gives 503 errors

The dashboard stopped working properly and is giving 503 errors and uncomfortable stuff like that. It´s not nice, so please fix Spreadshop TEAM :slight_smile:

Also what is the phone number to call partner support? I have questions that is hard to formulate in written words.

Many of you noticed yesterday your shops were not available for some time. The reason was a Denial of Service attack (also: DoS attack). More info about this at Wikipedia (who by the way only had this problem in September themselves).

Our IT security team reacted immediately and took the shops offline for more than two hours as one of the defensive measures. We regret this very much. Our IT heroes analyze the whole thing intensively and will continue to improve their defense strategies.
