I just opened up my shop and I get reviews that is much older. Is the feedback not depending on each store?
To get reviews that says the print is to small makes no sense if from a product on another persons store since the designer chooses the size for each item.
How does this feedback system work?
It would be nice to have design and product quality seperated.
The user is asked to give feedback soley for the product (not the print quality and design). Sometimes customers don’t get this and still give reviews on the product overall. This is wrong but in the majority of times reviews are shown correctly, and because we know how important reviews are for the buying process we decide to still show them. The reviews are taken from sales that happen on our Marketplace. We do not have a separate Shop Review process at this time.
