Is there an option to offer custom discounts to certain customers in my shop. I have several Patrons who I would like to offer free merch to.

Hi Steve,
You have two options. Either you use the promotions that run approx. twice a month or if you’d like custom promotions then we can offer this but you’d have to buy the promotion codes upfront and we only offer promotions of minimum a value of approx. 1500€ as the bureaucratic effort is very high on our end.
