Correct process to challenge rejected design?

Please advise the best email address or process to challenge design rejections?

I have just had a design rejected for “copyright violation” for something that is in common use - it’s a hashtag used on social media!!!

I created a design using #instalife where I replaced the “a” with an icon from Canva that I have commercial rights to use (validated by Canva under their pro subscription rules).

There IS a copyright registered for the letter combination “Instalife” - but not only is it for “books, journals and printed matter”, it’s NOT for “#instalife” and more importantly it’s not for my representation which replaces the letter with a logo - the logo is not a copyright violation.

I did not attempt to publish this in the marketplace - it was only for release on my own shop.

Perhaps you could consider adding a drop down option to rejected designs that allows us to provide further supporting information to substantiate our claim to the design and refute the violation?
