Continuous switching between starclasses …

Anyone else experiencing this problem? I was starclass 3 “astronaut”. This weekend my account suddenly changed to starter… a few hours later I was back astronaut. Oh no… it changed back to starter, and then again to astronaut, to starter, to astronaut…?

At the moment it’s starter again…

I think my account changed starclass 10 times this weekend…

Hi,

We have a technical issue with the class grouper, and many partners were temporarily set back to starter.
Our IT support is working on solving the issue. The accounts should be grouped correctly by tomorrow.
