hi, I would like to understand once and for all why you do not respect the contract with the designers. Let me explain better, apart from complaining to your offices all the talk of the credits of the past, where I did not have the possibility of being able to establish the prices or compensate and you sold several items thanks to my graphic themes, crediting me only € 1.67 maximum if not less. But even now that you have changed, you are not respecting the rules or the contract with us designers. For example, I have sold a T-shirt in the Netherlands since 2020, as shown in the table and as you have indicated in my sales history € 3.50 of compensation for the designer, but in reality you have really credited me for only € 2.89. Because?! this thing I have been explaining for days but I only receive vague and repetitive replies of non-real things, when the only thing to do is to solve your mistake and credit me the compensation as per the tables. Stop! I await an answer … and I would like to know if it happened to other designers, not to be paid as established by the contract through the tables of the countries.
