Something is not right in the partner area. I have tried to find the problem by emailing the Dutch service center of Spreadshirt, but they don’t seem to understand the issue. Would you be so kind as to help me out?
I added an image with several print screens from my partner’s area to explain the situation.
According to the overview of sold articles on April the 19th, I sold 6 articles via the designer tool of Spreadshirt. The customer used 2 designs per product. Combined that makes 3 euro x 6 products x 2 designs = 36 euro (or as the overview shows 3 x 12 euro). So far, so good.
Two weeks after payment by customer and shipment by Spreadshirt, the commission minus taxes is booked to compensation overview. Someone in France bought the articles, so 36 euro minus taxes should be 30 euro. (12 x 2.50)
Instead, 6 x 2.50 euros are added to my account on May 5th. What is going wrong?
The order seems to consist of 2 hoodies, 2 premium t-shirts grey, and 2 premium t-shirts black or dark blue. So 6 products. The sales price of the T-shirts is too high to be just 1 shirt (as Spreadshirt helpdesk claims).
Compensations are 12 euros per product row (2 products per line, 2 designs per product). So that seems correct.
You see a compensation overview on the left, the amount of money that will be paid in the next payment cycle. It states 2.50 euro x 6 products = 15 euro, instead of the expected 30 euro.
Lower you can see close up images of the order (lowest image) stating the sales price of T-shirt(s) is 48.99 euro, original commission 6 euro and actual commission 2.50 euro (that is 60% less, that cannot be tax)
Or something is not working correctly in the partner area in the way sales are being shown. Or the amount of commission is incorrect.
Thanks for your help!
Kind regards,
