you mean when you implemented you shop in your website? That is your decision then - just make sure you check for legal advise. But when you use our shop system, it’s not possible.

thanx @Britta_Spreadshop ! yes i meant when using embedded shop into my own domain/hosting.
So inserting a htmlsnippet (from an external autorespondeservice) in HTMLsection in shopsettings isnt possible you mean? But is it OK ?
