I noticed that some people have cell phone designs that cover the whole phone case. Is there a template for that? If I upload a design it just puts it in the middle and the case is white.

Can you please send your design to designs@spreadshirt.net
They can have a look and see whether there is potentially any transparent space around your design that prevents it from being enlargened.
