Can't view US shop

In the past I have been able to view my shop in all languages (& currencies) by simply clicking the Change Language button at the bottom of the page. This is useful because I sell in Canada, the US and Australia.
Today I needed to send a link to something in the US shop to someone in the US but when I choose United States it automatically reverts to Canada (English).

If I change the address in my browser from “.ca” to “.com” It still reverts to the .ca page.

I can’t reproduce the described behavior. Try to use another browser. Probably your browser saves your initial settings but with another browser you shouldn’t be seing these issues

Please also make sure to use the language switcher at the bottom of your shop in the footer

And this morning when I try to use my shortcut to https://shop.spreadshirt.com/sidecarbob/ it opened the .com page and asked me whether I wanted to visit the US or Canadian store like it normally does.

I don’t think it is a browser problem because it would let me change between the English Canadian, Australian and French Canadian pages but not the US page.

I think I may have found the problem: When I use the link to the US shop a window opens asking whether I would like to visit the Canadian shop or stay in the US shop (I believe this is part of Spreadshirt’s website, not something the browser does). When I use a link to the Australian (.com.au) page the same thing happens.
If I click the button in that window to stay in the US (or Australian) shop it lets me change back & forth between them using the Change Language button at the bottom BUT if I click the button in that window to go to the Canadian shop it redirects me to the Canadian shop instead of letting me change to the other one when I use the Change Language button or I close the page and re-open it.

It has to do with your browser settings  so we make sure you’re always on the correct URL!
But glad to hear that you solved the issue!

I have the same problem. But no option to change language/currency. The currency shows as CAD for US and Canadian visitors. I tested this using a US proxy IP to view the store from the US while in Canada. And there does not appear to be any way to change the language/currency in the footer - see the attached image. NOTE I’m using an embed code to display the site.

I haven’t solved the problem. I have merely identified it.
