Can't open designer

I can’t open the designer in my EU account. When I click the “new product” button, it disappears and the text field for product name and the link for closing the designer opens. But the designer itself does not open.

I can open the designer in my US account, so I doubt the problem is on my end.

Hiya, we’ve updated the Conformat and seems like it has resulted in a few bugs for some users!

What I need from you now would be:

  • User ID
  • Which OS & version
  • Which browser & version
  • Which domain account is in question? .de / .net / .co.uk / .se or something else?
